• Health Science & Biomedicine
  • Students in the Health Science and Biomedicine program will investigate concepts in human medicine, physiology, genetics, microbiology and public health.  Activities include investigating the death of a fictional person to learn content in the context of real-world cases.  Students will examine structures and interactions of human body systems and explore the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. College credit and certification is available for some courses within the strand.
