Equity Advisory Council

The Equity Advisory Council serves in an advisory capacity to provide feedback and make recommendations to the Lawrence Board of Education as work progresses on district goals in order to eliminate disparities and ensure that ALL students achieve, succeed, and graduate future-ready.  

This group meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month from 5:30-7:00 p.m., except when there is a need to cancel/reschedule due to scheduling conflicts.  

The Equity Advisory Council may include school board members, district staff, students, parents, and community representatives.
