Montessori Pre-K

The Montessori philosophy is one of respect for the child, peace, movement, and intrinsic motivation where students engage within a prepared environment that fosters meaningful learning through exploration and hands-on experiences. New York Montessori at Lawrence Public Schools is a public Montessori school—the first of its kind in the state of Kansas—and is available to Preschool students.
