Sexual Harassment Policy

The Lawrence Board of Education's Sexual Harassment Policies for Staff (GAABA) and for Students (JGECAA) of Lawrence Public Schools can be found below on this page.

We encourage all victims of sexual harassment and persons with knowledge of such harassment to report the harassment immediately.

Students, please report any alleged harassment to your building principal, another administrator, the guidance counselor, the Title IX Coordinator, or another licensed staff member. All staff members that receive a report of sexual harassment from a student are required to notify the Title IX Coordinator.

Staff members, please notify your immediate supervisor of any alleged harassment. If the immediate supervisor is the alleged harasser, report the problem with your building administrator or the Title IX Coordinator. All staff members that receive a report of sexual harassment from a student are required to notify the Title IX Coordinator.
