Hello, my name is Julie Rigg and I am a 4th grade teacher.  I have been teaching in the Lawrence Public Schools for the past 31 years, in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade.  I am married and have 2 adult children, 2 adult step-children, and 2 grandchildren.  I love to travel, spend time at the lake, boating, gardening, and most of all, spend time with my family and friends. 

 

I received my teaching degree from the University of Kansas.  Lawrence has been my home for most of my life, and it is a great place to raise kids and go to school.  I love online teaching and learning because it gives students and families the flexibility they need and allows for an individualized education.  I look forward to working with you this year.
