High School Science
My name is Ann Marie Foster. I live in Lawrence with my husband. We have 2 grown sons and a menagerie of pets. I have been teaching science since 1984. I currently teach science at LVS and have taught at Lawrence High School and Billy Mills Middle School in Lawrence. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois and have studied at Benedictine University in Illinois (BS in Biology), Texas A&M (MS in Biology and Genetics) and Michigan State University (all science da/dx Teaching Certificate grades 7-12). I have taught everything from 5th grade through college science. My greatest goal is to get students excited about science and encourage them to explore more science classes. I want students to learn without fear. Be fearless and always give it a try, you never know, you may learn to love science.
