Hello! My name is Sabrina Giersch (Dr. Giersch for kiddos!), and I am the instructional coach here at Sunset Hill! I am a graduate of, and hold degrees from; KSU, Baker, Emporia, and KU. It is my job to help staff implement instructional strategies that meet the needs for all of our students, including tiered interventions, and facilitating testing. I work side by side with Mr. Philipp, and I am in and out of classrooms helping all students in our amazing building! I enjoy digging into instructional standards and finding innovative, engaging ways to implement instructional practices, and always sharing this knowledge with all of our rock star educators! You will find me in the building doing a little of everything, and while it keeps me on my toes, I love the opportunities that this position offers with staff, students, and our wonderful Sunset Community!
