Hello! My name is Kady Carson and I am the assistant principal/athletic director and this will be my second year at Billy Mills Middle School.  After graduating from Osage City High School, I attended JCCC where I was enrolled in the fashion program.  I quickly realized my love for teaching after taking an Intro. to Teaching class.  Soon, I transferred to Emporia State University where I graduated with a BA in Elementary Education with an endorsement to teach Middle School Math.  I taught 7th/8th grade math and robotics for 7 years at Ottawa Middle School in Ottawa, KS and completed my Masters of Arts in Education Administration at the University of Kansas in 2020.

I am excited to finally be living in the community I serve and truly feel like I can make a difference in the lives of the students and families. I love the history and tradition at BMMS. I truly enjoy coming to school every day and working with the great staff and students at BMMS. Go Cougars!
