About your teacher: I was born in Lawrence, Kansas and graduated from Free State High School in 2015. I went on to graduate from the University of Kansas in 2021 with a B.S. in Secondary English Education and a B.G.S. in English- Creative Writing. I am a certified Apple Educator and a certified Google Educator. The 2022-23 school year will be my second year teaching English 9 and Advanced English 9 at FSHS. Additionally, I am a co-sponsor of History Club and of LINK. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy picking out poetry collections at The Raven Bookstore, listening to podcasts, drinking far too many oat milk lattes, and hanging out with my cat, Bill Purray (pictured below).
