Hello!  My name is Veronica Decker and I teach third grade at Cordley Elementary.  This is my 19th year of teaching.  I taught Elementary ESL, first grade, and second grade while I lived in Emporia for 7 years.  This is my 13th year teaching third grade at Cordley.

 I have three children that attend Lawrence Public Schools.  My oldest daughter, Isabella, is a senior at FSHS and Alexandra is a sophmore at FSHS.  My son Gabriel is in fifth grade here at Cordley.  In my free time I enjoy traveling with my husband and kids, reading, running and playing with our pets.   

I am so excited to get this year started and can't wait to get to know my students!  I love teaching third grade!
