2nd Grade Teacher

I am Carrie Murphy, a 2nd grade teacher with LVS. My teaching experience has all been with LPS.  I've been with LVS since 2020.  Previously, I taught grades 1-4, with the majority of the years teaching 2nd and 3rd grade.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Washburn University, as well as a Master’s in Education with a Focus on Technology from Baker University.  

I live in Lawrence with my 2 dogs.  I enjoy walking my dogs out in the country and reading books.  I also teach children English online in China.
