Brian Percival is the new theatre teacher/director at Free State High School. He recently graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Speech/Theatre Education. He student taught at Olathe West with Alisha Morris. His goal as a teacher is to help students learn the collaboration aspect of theatre as well as develop critical thinking skills in the world of theatre. Outside of theatre, Mr. Percival does teach a few sections of Freshmen English at Free State. When he is not at school, he works on shows at Theatre in the Park in Shawnee, KS, spends time with his friends, family, and his dog, Thor. You may also see him at the movie theaters a lot once they are open. He enjoys a variety of films ranging from Star Wars, Marvel, Pulp Fiction, and La La Land
