LVS Counselor
My name is Mickey Overton, and I am a licensed Masters Social Worker. I am in my third year as a counselor at LVS but previously was with the Lawrence School District for five years as a Special Education Social Worker. I love being a part of the team at LVS, providing and serving students, families, and staff with academic and social emotional resources and supports that give all LVS students opportunities to have academic achievement and prepare them for life successes in the future.
You might see me around town riding my bright yellow bicycle, getting a diet Dr. Pepper at McDonalds, or hanging out with my husband, children, and granddaughter.
