Hello! This is my 11th year teaching in Lawrence and my fifth year at Langston Hughes. I am passionate about all the subjects I teach, but I especially enjoy teaching Lawrence history and having courageous conversations with my class about complex topics. Guiding my students to be their best selves is something I feel so lucky to be a part of! I love to spend time with my infant son, play my cello, and read a good book.
