Hard to believe this is my tenth year at Woodlawn.  It is my privilege to greet students first thing in the morning before school starts. During the school day I support core math, K-5th grade, as a Title 1 Math Para.  I am thrilled when students have an "I get it" moment; it inspires me!

 

Married since 1990 to my best friend, Tod; we have three grown children: Levi, Kathrin and Evan.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up using my Bachelors of Ed degree from KU homeschooling our kids through the eighth grade.  At home I enjoy reading, K dramas, caring for flower beds and a small garden patch.  Shandi, our "Heinz 57" dog of 2 years, keeps us moving and challenges me to up her trick repertoire.
