I work as an instructional support assistant for grades K-5. Our job is to help students in reading and/or math that would benefit from a second dose of these subjects. We work in a small group setting and focus on key areas that might not be a strength to start. Our goal is making the weaker areas of reading/math stronger for each student in our groups.
