KU YOUTH LEARN TO LIFT CLASSES
KU's fall program, Learn to Lift, invites young people ages 8-18 who are looking to learn how to lift weights in proper form to attend sessions Mondays and Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 p.m. Sept. 30-Oct.1, Nov. 4-5, Dec. 2-3 at Robinson Center, Room 216. All athletes will receive instruction on how to perform squats, bench press, deadlifts, and Olympic weightlifting variations. Costs range from free to $20. Learn more and register online.
