I am originally from Burnsville, Minnesota.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University, and my Master's Degree in Education from Baker University.   This is my seventeenth year teaching and eleventh year with LVS.  Prior to joining LVS, I taught second grade in Liberty, MO, for six years.  

I live with my husband and two daughters in Kansas City, MO. My family and I enjoy traveling, going to the pool and lakes, playing games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
