This is my 17th year of teaching, where I spent the first four years in the Emporia school district working at a local charter school in a one-to-one K-8 program, Virtual and Project Based Learning Environment. This is my 13th year at LVS working at the High School Academy. I am currently teaching Music and Family Consumer Science classes as well as College Career Readiness. I also co-sponsor AMP Club, Game Club, GSA, eSports, and the Theater Club, which includes the Thespian Troupe and Improv Group, as well as Coffee House Night, plus serve on my school committees. 

I am passionate about what we do here at LVS, and I am happy to be here helping students navigate this virtual world!
