A statement is mailed from Lawrence Public Schools with the fees for the school year beinning in September.

Please complete and submit the Free and Reduced Application and Waiver of Confidentiality to see if you qualify to have your fees waived. These forms must be submitted each year prior to May for qualification. You can find the current year forms at Free and Reduced Information.Remember, if you do not submit the forms and qualify to have your fees waived, fees are due no later than the last day of school each year or upon withdrawal from LVS. These materials include but are not limited to: computer and peripherals, web cam, headset, microphone, software, pen tablet, assistive materials and items, and the like. Once an account has been charged for any materials being reclaimed, the only way to remove the charge is to return the material and/or items as listed on the monthly statement.
