Welcome to West!

I have an undergraduate degree in chemistry and a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction. After college, I taught Junior High Math in Central Africa with the United States Peace Corps. After returning to the US, I worked as a Chemist in a pharmaceutical company for two years. But I missed teaching, so I returned to school and got my master's degree to become a science teacher. I have been here at West since 2006. 

This year I am teaching Science 7 Team Yale and Science 8 Team Epic.
