Greetings!

I am the Student Support Facilitator at West Middle School. Although this is my first year in this position, it is my 26th year as an educator and my 7th year at West Middle School. It is exciting to continue to work with the West Community to make our school a positive experience for all.

My role as Student Support Facilitator comes from USD 497 commitment to shift discipline from traditional approach toward a more restorative approach. The restorative practices allow for more ways to repair relationships by making sure everyone is heard and valued. I will work with the West Community by implementing intervention initiatives and promoting school wide restorative practices.
