I have always been interested in working with people and enjoy teaching elementary students.  I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and ELL Endorsement from Kansas State University.  After teaching Kindergarten at Schwegler for 7 years, I became a Resource Teacher for English Language Learners.  In 2015, I graduated from The University of Kansas with a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Teaching, specializing in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) program.  I have taught ESL for 7 years at Schwegler.  It is exciting to meet families from around the world and make connections with my students!
