I am a native Iowan but have lived here since 1995.  My teaching degree is from the University of Northern Iowa, (Go Panthers!) My teaching experience includes time in two districts in Iowa and Perry-Lecompton before coming to Prairie Park in 2000.  I enjoy gardening and reading and spend much time, especially in the summer, taking care of the flower garden in the back of our school.  I enjoy the students I have had the privilege of working with here at Prairie Park, and hope I have been able to instill a love of reading in them.
