Hello, my name is Lynisha Thomas and I’m a General Education School Social Worker at Lawrence High School. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas.

My goal is to help students, families, staff and anyone in the community to be the best they can be. I love this work because it is truly my passion to help others. On a side note, I love chocolate and can possibly be bribed with it. I’m very family oriented and I love animals. I have 4 brothers, 1 sister, 2 dogs, 2 cats & a bird.
