My name is Jeannie Merritt and I am one of the reading specialists at Lawrence High School. During the school day you can find me teaching Literacy Workshop, English 9, and Coming of Age. I also coach the LCCC's Robotics team, Team STEAM. I’ve been at Lawrence High School since 2005 and have specifically worked in the reading program since 2007. I have a passion for developing students’ literacy skills. There is little I love more than seeing students’ pride when they recognize the improvement in their reading and writing.
