Ms. Ann Foster
My name is Ann Foster. I have been teaching science at Lawrence High School since 2008. I am currently the Co-Chair of the Science Department. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois and have studied at Benedictine University in Illinois (BS in Biology), Texas A&M (MS in Biology and Genetics) and Michigan State University (all science da/dx Teaching Certificate grades 7-12). Currently I am working on a Masters in Counseling at Emporia. I have taught levels from 5th grade through college science. My greatest goal is to get students excited about science and encourage them to explore more science classes. I want students to learn without fear. Be fearless and always give it a try, you never know, you may learn to love science.
Information for my current classes as well as the the assignments and due dates can be found on the each class's google classroom. They are updated with copies of handouts, notes and assignments. Monthly calendars are handed out to my students and will give the students a month to month outline of expectations.
