    I work with special education teachers to assist with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans, develop behavior goals, data collection methods and help teams implement accommodations and interventions to help all students have the opportunities to be successful.

    I love being able to work at multiple buildings and work with various teams across the district. Also, I love witnessing the progress and success students have when the appropriate resources and accommodations are utilized.
