Hello!  My name is Lori Kemme, and I’m proud to be part of the amazing 4th grade team at Cordley Elementary! 

I’m a mid-west girl, originally from Hutchinson, KS. I moved away to Louisiana for college where I received my bachelor’s in education from Southeastern Louisiana University on a track/cross-country scholarship. 

While teaching at Pinckney in 2005, I finished my master’s degree through Baker University. I took a hiatus from teaching from 2007 to 2021.  At that point, I returned to my Pinckney home until it closed.  Although I’m sad that my school closed, I’m extremely excited to now be part of the Cordley family. Both of my children attended Cordley and now both attend LHS.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, binge-watching a wide variety of shows, camping, hiking, traveling, and playing games.  I look forward to getting to know you all and your wonderful children!
