• Hello families!

    I’m very excited to start my first year at Sunflower Elementary! This will be my 11th year in education and 3rd outside of my home state of Texas. I have taught both 2nd and 4th grade in Dallas and in Houston, and I also spent a year in Santiago, Chile, teaching English. I met my husband in South America (he is from Brazil), and we love traveling, taking walks with our dog, Luna, and playing games. I’m really looking forward to meeting all the students and working with them in both reading and math!
