Hello everyone! 

I am excited about joining the Woodlawn team as a 3rd-grade teacher! This will be my second year teaching, and I am so grateful that it will be here at Woodlawn! I value an inclusive, welcoming, engaging classroom environment where students feel they can be their unique, individual selves. 

I started teaching at Pinckney Elementary as a 2nd/3rd-grade teacher. Prior to that, I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Winona State University. Before embarking on my college path, I took time to work and travel throughout Europe, helping out on farms and with families. 

When I am not teaching, you can usually find me listening to a podcast in the sun, relaxing while reading or watching a movie, or shopping downtown on Mass St. I am so happy to be a Riverhawk; we will have a wonderful year together!
