    COCA-COLA SCHOLARS FOUNDATION
    Each year, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation awards 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 to high school students across the United States through the Coca-Cola Scholars Program. Students need a 3.0 GPA and to fill out an online application that requires no essays, no recommendations, and no transcripts by October 31, 2020, at 5 p.m. Eastern.

    Fastweb includes tools to help students search for college scholarships by interest. After completing a profile, students are able to find scholarships that meet their goals and activities. Students can search, find, and apply to scholarships from one website. 
     
    FINAID
    This website links to a free scholarship search engine, but also provides a list of less commonly found scholarships. This includes unusual scholarships, full tuition academic scholarships, and scholarships for average students.
     
    FINANCIAL SCHOLARS ESSAY SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST
    The Office of the State Bank Commissioner, the Kansas Insurance Department, and its division, the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner are sponsoring an essay contest to award up to five scholarships to Kansas high school seniors who, through school course, independent study, and personal experience, have gained an understanding of money management and can demonstrate that knowledge and the importance it will have in their future.

    JOHNSON COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL AID
    Please encourage your JCCC-bound students to apply for 2020-21 scholarships today. There are millions of dollars available for a variety of degree and program areas. With just one application, students could be eligible for hundreds of JCCC scholarships. An official seventh semester high school transcript is required. Students should also complete their 2020-21 FAFSA by the March 15 priority deadline for need-based scholarship consideration. See jccc.edu/FinancialAid for the step-by-step process.

    THE KELLY LYNN LUTZ MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
    Kelly Lynn Lutz (KLL) was an amazing woman who lost her battle to breast cancer at the young age of 40. She left behind a locing family including two young children. The KLL Memorial Foundation 50I(c)3 was established to provide scholarships and financial assistance for students and families suffering from cancer related illnesses. Students pursuing secondary education are eligible for up to a 4 year scholarship if they have lost a parent or caretaker to cancer.
     
     
    LAWRENCE LATINX YOUTH COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIP
    The Lawrence Latinx Youth Council is a group of Latinx and Hispanic professionals dedicated to four focus areas: fundraising, scholarships, mentorship, and advocacy. Our mission is to partner with the Lawrence community to provide mentorship and educational resources for Latinx Youth.     Mesothelioma.net provides information and support for people with mesothelioma. This coming fall semester, and in an effort to further education, they are awarding $2000 to families and students fighting cancer.
