Hi! My name is Manda Smith. This is my 17th year teaching. I spent 9 years teaching kindergarten in Topeka. This is my 8th year teaching first grade in Lawrence. I look forward to embracing all the adventures and challenges that this school year will bring. 

I have 3 sons. My oldest is a senior at Lawrence High. My middle child is a 8th grader at Billy Mills. My youngest will be turning 4 in a few weeks.

Fun facts, I attended Sunset Hill for 3rd grade to 6th grade in the 1980s. My favorite things are chocolate, mexican food, the color green, baking, reading, watching Jayhawk basketball and playing board games with my boys.
