Stan Roth Science Scholarship
(Lawrence High School)
The scholarship was started by Marilyn Bittenbender, friends, and former students to honor the teaching career of former high school biology teacher Stan Roth.
Criteria:
Planning a career in science. Consideration also given to students planning careers in teaching science.
Minimum “B” grade point average, with emphasis on advanced placement classes and rigorous science curriculum.
Participation in extracurricular activities such as biology, science club, 4H, youth groups, etc…
