This is currently my 20th year here at Free State and my 30th year teaching (Yikes!)

Before Free State, I taught at Olathe Northwest HS, Gardner-Edgerton HS, and a couple of years in Missouri (that I really don't want to talk about.)

I'm also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Mathematics at Johnson County Community College (a fancy title meaning I'm a part-time instructor with no office) where I've been teaching for about 27 years. 

Between earning my Aerospace Engineering BS in 1986 and my first teaching job in 1995, I passed the time working as a surveyor, an engineering apprentice, a cable guy and a truck driver.
