I am an art educator since 1987. I recieved my bachelor degree from the University of Iowa and a master's degree from Baker University.

I have worked in Lawrence Public Schools on Standards based curriculum and assessment, Museum to Schools Program with The Spencer Museum of Art and brought in a Therapy Dog to work in the schools with me.

My personal interests include Gourd Art, Ancient Egyptian Art and volunteering in the community.
