Hello! My name is Riley Rossetti and I am a WRAP School Based Therapist. WRAP stands for Wellness, Resources, Access and Prevention. I have my LMSW and provide in-school therapy and related services for students. WRAP clinicians collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams, provide crisis interventions and provide support to students needing ongoing, goal-directed services to address behavioral health concerns. I am employed by Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center however I have the privilege to provide school based services at Sunflower Elementary School.

 

This is my second year as a WRAP therapist at Sunflower and my fourth year as a Bert Nash employee. I attended the University of Kansas and have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavioral Science. I also received my Master's in Social Work from KU. I moved to Lawrence from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago for college and I never left. I recently got married to my husband and we have 2 cats and 2 dogs as part of our family. 

 

One of our dogs, Oakley, is a trained therapy dog and attends school with me. She absolutely loves seeing all of the students every day and getting as many pets (and treats) as possible.
