Carissa Welsh is a General Education Social Worker who works with students who may be having a difficult time navigating high school or life situations. She provides mental health support to students and helps connect families with community resources. Ms. Welsh believes all students have unique strengths that can be used to reach their goals. She loves to help students learn mindfulness and organizational skills to take on any hurdles that may arise along their journey. Ms. Welsh holds a BA in Psychology from Baker University and a MSW in Social Welfare from The University of Kansas. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit & yoga, playing the piano, singing, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family.
