Hello! My name is Kaitlin Thornburgh and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Deerfield Elementary! This will be my 7th year teaching and my 2nd year in third grade. Previously, I have taught for 4 years in Hutchinson, KS as a 1st and 3rd grade teacher. I grew up in Lawrence and am so excited to continue teaching in this district. I recieved my degree in Elementary and Special Education from Bethel College in North Newton, KS in2014. I am very excited to be at Deerfield and am looking forward to year full of fun and learning!
