Lawrence Free State High School

I am a wildly passionate educator and an absolute bookfiend! I have a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing from the University of Kansas (ROCK CHALK!) and a Secondary English Education certificate from Fort Hays State. Supporting students' literacy journeys is an honor and a privilege! I have a background in special education, which lends itself nicely to data-driven instruction, the ability to pivot at the last minute, and the willingness to try anything and everything to reach students! I believe in meeting every student exactly where they are and lifting them to where they need to be.
