Hello!  My name is Angie Proffitt and I love my job as a Speech-Language Pathologist!  I’ve been a SLP for nine years and have worked in the school setting going on five years.  I’m from Wichita, Kansas and received my Bachelors in Psychology from Wichita State University and my Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from WSU as well.  I’ve worked in skilled nursing facilities with the elderly population and in early childhood with children birth to three-years-old.  Additionally, I work at Lawrence Memorial Hospital PRN as a SLP in acute, post acute, skilled nursing, and acute rehabilitation.
