Amy Brown is a School Counselor who loves working with students to help plan for their future as well as tackle the everyday barriers while discovering individual strengths. I believe that every student can be successful in life--it is about recognizing their positives in themselves. I have an atypical educational background but I feel like my knowledge and experiences have helped me be the best counselor I can be. I have a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas, a M.S.W. from the University of Kansas, and a M.S. in School Counseling from Emporia State University. Education drives me so I am definitely not done! In my spare time, I devote myself to my children and their many activities. I also enjoy reading and cooking.
