Jennifer Bonilla is an enrolled member of the Apache Tribe of Oklahoma. An Indigenous educator who strives to bring equity and culturally sustaining resources to her learning community. A longtime Lawrence resident and alumna of Lawrence Public Schools: Cordley, Liberty Memorial Central Middle School, and Lawrence High.
Bonilla is entering her sixteenth year as an educator and her tenth year at Billy Mills Middle School where she is proud to serve as the librarian.
