Hello! My name is Mimi LaPiana and I am a 3rd Grade teacher at Hillcrest. I am originally from Chicaco, Illinois but I have lived in Lawrence for over a decade now. I came to Lawrence to attend the University of Kansas, Rock Chalk Jayhawk! While at KU, I studied Elementary Education and graduated in May of 2015. 

I'm excited to see what this year has in store!
