• New Student Registration Procedures:

    Step 1: Click Here to Register a New Student 

    Be sure to have your student's previous school contact Information ready to enter when registering on-line (e.g., name, address, phone, fax)  

     

    Step 2: Once you have completed the on-line registration, email the required documents listed below to enrollment@usd497.org 

    Note: Incoming kindergarten enrollment documents will be emailed to ssola@usd497.org

    • Current Immunizations 
    • Certified Birth Certificate
    • Proof of Residency (accepted: a current utility bill - water/gas/or electirc, current car registration, or a new lease agreement/buyers agreement)
    • Physical (if entering a Kansas school for the first time and between the ages of 5-9)

    Transportation/Busing - The state of Kansas provides student transportation funding for students living more than 2.5 miles from school by the usually traveled road from the residence of the pupil. State-reimbursed transportation is the only busing provided by First Student for students of the Lawrence Public Schools.
