Billy Mills Cougar Parent Organization (CPO) Mission Statement

The Billy Mills Middle School Cougar Parent Organization’s mission is to enhance cooperation between home & school and support school and family interaction by advancing the opportunity for all parents and guardians to become involved in the Billy Mills Middle School community.  Furthermore, Billy Mills CPO will encourage community involvement in our school, provide a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children, to a limited degree raise funds for supplemental experiences, events, or materials, and promote volunteerism and social activities for parents, staff, and students for the unified spirit of the school. 

A strong CPO is evidence of parental interest and ensures an enriched environment for our children.  The CPO holds monthly meetings to discuss and implement the ideas of parents with support from staff.

CPO Meetings are held in the evenings on a monthly basis on either a Monday or Tuesday from August-May.  The date and time of the meeting is announced via a school email and/or on our Facebook page as an event.
