Hi there! I am Mrs. Hayes. I started teaching in Lawrence Public Schools in 2019. Before going back to school to get my degree in Elementary Education at KU (Rock Chalk!), I was an assistant teacher for almost 2 years at Raintree Montessori School, working with 18 months to 3 year olds.      

     My husband and I have two kids, Abby and Emmie, who we love to spend our time with! Being a mom to a middle schooler and a three year old is challenging, but fun at the same time!

     I look forward to this school year! :)
