New students, including all kindergartners, can register for the 2025-2026 school year now. Returning students can also register from April 1-30 via PowerSchool by following the instructions for completing Annual Student Registration.

We are now taking applications for our new preschool classrooms at Sunflower and Woodlawn Elementary along with our preschool programs at Kennedy Early Childhood Center and New York Montessori for the 2025-2026 school year. Another year means another Field Day at New York Elementary! Teachers, students, friends, family, and community members took to the playground to play and compete in all kinds of events.

Elementary families and teachers from Lawrence Virtual School spent some time offline and met up with one another at Native American Students Services for their Beyond the Screen event.
