Need to make a change to your benefits? Have you had a Qualifying Event?
See the Eligibility and Enrollment link in the Benefits Menu to the right for more information regarding mid-year changes to your benefits plans. The Changes in Enrollment section is at the bottom of that page.
New Additions - October 2012
- Direct Links to Provider website along with Networks are listed in the Provider Information box below the Menu.
- The 2013 Coventry Formulary is now available on the Summaries tab of the Medical page.
HRA Information
Since Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) were only in effect for the 2011-2012 plan year you have a limited amount of time to spend the money in those accounts. If you had an HRA, you may use the funds in your HRA through December 29, 2012. If you have questions about the HRA, please contact the Benefits Department by clicking on the Need Assistance tab to the right.
