Board of Education Goals II. EQUITY Raise achievement for all students while closing the achievement gaps in the Lawrence Public Schools. Goals: A. Continue to engage in "Courageous Conversations" about our racial achievement disparities. B. Allocate capital and human resources to areas of greatest need to maximize student achievement. C. Develop, align and implement district expectations for early childhood through grade 12 curriculum, assessment and interventions. D.
